We insure all packages shipped from our location. To receive a replacement for a damaged item we require that you notify us immediately, upon receipt of package, alerting us of the damaged content. A photograph of the package/damaged goods needs to accompany the notification. Do NOT throw away items, the shipping company may require them back.
Paints/finishes are not returnable as we have no way of knowing if product was opened, or stored prior to returning (left out in cold, or in hot garage). Paints that are shipped in sealed cans with clips, or jars that’s lids are pre-tape sealed and bagged are returnable if it is returned in exact state, unopened. Stencils, brushes, foils, tools are returnable if returned in original packaging, unaltered. Aged papers are final sale.
If you need to return an item we require pre-notification within 48 hours of receipt of shipment, and mailed within 24 hours of notification.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. Payment for returned product will be credited back to original payment form once items are received.
